** Gold ring holders are individuals that have been with CIS for ten or more years showing not only their personal commitment, but also having brought something to the agency that the founding fathers had not conceptualized.

Silver ring holders are individuals that have been with CIS for five or more years and committed themselves on a personal level to the betterment of the agency.
