Community Resource Officers

As part of our commitment to ensuring the highest quality of service possible, we provide special Community Resource Officers (CROs) to work with CIS-protected communities. These officers meet with clients on a periodic basis to review and troubleshoot possible problem issues within and around the property. They conduct daytime inspections of properties, assess any potential problems, and ensure that the officers assigned to the property are aware of any unique security issues.

CROs also work with Resource Officers and Deputies from local law enforcement agencies to review crime statistics for the area and discuss cooperative strategies to ensure that problems are resolved effectively and in a timely manner.

Furthermore, CROs support the CCBPI program by organizing community events, interacting with residents, and organizing special crime prevention meetings and seminars. All of these activities contribute to the CCBPI program and enhance the level of trust and rapport between the community and security personnel.
