Mr. O'Connor is the CIS Vice President of Protective Services and the Uniform Division Chief. In this capacity, he is responsible for supervising operations for our 200-person Uniformed Division. Chief O'Connor coordinates between clients and the CIS command staff to ensure that all uniformed services maintain our high level of operational standards and efficiency.

Mr. O'Connor has over 20 years of operational management experience. Over the years he has managed and created patrol divisions for some of the largest security companies in the country, developing operational strategies, marketing programs, training standards, and customer service protocols.
