Tim O'Rourke is the Executive Vice President of Critical Intervention Services. In an operational capacity, Mr. O'Rourke coordinates all CIS executive protection and investigations projects. Mr. O'Rourke has over 20 years experience in the field of personal protection and corporate security, and has coordinated security for a diverse range of protectees including actors and actresses, corporate executives, musicians, television news personalities, sports stars, and political figures.

Mr. O'Rouke has received certification as a Certified Protection Specialist (CPS) through Executive Security International.

Mr. O'Rourke has been appointed to the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services Private Investigation, Recovery and Security Council. This appointment authorizes Mr. O'Rourke to make recommendations to the Department on matters relative to the regulation of the private investigative, private security, and recovery industries.

Mr. O'Rourke is the S2 Safety & Intelligence Institute's primary instructor for executive protection and defensive tactics related classes. Mr. O'Rourke is a state-certified firearms instructor and has been training security and law enforcement personnel in defensive tactics for over 15 years. Mr. O'Rourke is recognized by many experts as an early pioneer in merging the practical concepts of traditional martial arts with modern psychology and physiology.
