Vacation

· All employees receive one week paid vacation after one year of continuous full-time employment.

· After three years of continuous full-time employment: two weeks paid vacation

If an employee should elect not to take the vacation time, they will be paid an amount equal to forty or eighty hours at their normal salary. Vacation will not roll-over or accumulate.

Current Pay Scale

· Risk Management (Unarmed): $9.25/per hour after completion of 90 days

· Risk Management (Armed): $10.00/per hour after completion of 90 days

· Special Services Group (SSG): $10.60/per hour
   $10.80/per hour - After passing SOP test
   $11.10/per hour - After 10 months

· Special Operations Officers (Ravens): $18.00/per hour - While on threat management assignment

· Dive Team (Vipers): In addition to current pay rate, receive an additional $0.30/per hour

· ATO Support/Charlie (Armed): $10.00/per hour after completion of 90 days

· Anti-Terrorism Officers (ATOs): $11.50/per hour
   $11.75/per hour after 1 year of service
   $12.00/ per hour after 18 months of service

· Dive Team (Vipers): In addition to current pay rate, receive an additional $0.30/per hour

Other Bonuses

Once an Officer is promoted to the rank of Sergeant, the Agency will provide business cards and the officer will receive an End of Year Bonus that will be paid as follows:

· All ranking Supervisors receive $200.00 annually
