• • As consultants, our expert witnesses specialize in managing risks of terrorism and workplace violence and have assisted a diverse spectrum of organizations in improving readiness for active shooter attacks. Our consulting clients include corporations, community organizations, financial institutions, hotels, government agencies, schools and universities, and religious institutions.

• • Our expert witnesses provide specialized training around the world on matters related to managing risks of active shooter violence. Some of our previous training clients include the US Department of Justice, US Special Operations Command, Ministry of Interior of Iraq, European Commission, European Central Bank, European External Action Service, and Organization for Security & Cooperation in Europe.

• • Our expert witnesses are frequent presenters on active shooter related topics at conferences and special events such as ASIS Europe, International Security Expo, TEDx, Southern Association of Independent Schools, Florida City and County Management Association, Association of Military Colleges & Schools of the United States, etc.

• • In 2013, our expert witnesses developed the Guardian SafeSchool Program® as a comprehensive model for protecting schools against active shooter violence. The Guardian SafeSchool Program employs a holistic strategy that integrates specialized protection officers, expert policy/procedural development, best practices in threat prevention and assessment, enhanced communications systems, staff and faculty training, and performance-based physical security design.

• • Our active shooter expert witnesses assisted in the development of the new active assailant supplement for the revision of ANSI standard ASIS/SHRM WVP.1-2011 “Workplace Violence Prevention and Intervention.”
